Gold Hotel - Zakopane

Honestly, i expected a spa area that was relaxing, not full of screaming children. Add to that, the shower was temperamental-it took ages to get the right temperature. And for the price, why wasn't there a room upgrade offered? I almost thought of giving a good review, but a few inconveniences really ruined it.

That hotel was in a marvellous location, close to Zakopane centre. It was luxurious, quiet and with a lovely balcony. The service was fantastic and the food was astonishing. I had a nice stay and would come here again!

Breakfast is great, and it's pure very... The staff is wonderful. They're always there to help.

Change towels once in 3 days.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with fine views of the Tatra Mountains. The attentive staff provided really good service, and the breakfast buffet offered an extensive array of delicious options.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, to mountains. We had the double room which was modern.

Charming Stay with Scenic Views!

The Beautiful Double Room featured a lovely balcony with amazing views of the mountains. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's atmosphere and friendly staff were good. For breakfast, consider arriving early to enjoy the selections before it gets busy. Don't miss out on scenic walks in the nearby area!

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a convenient location close to several attractions easily accessible by walking or a quick taxi ride to enjoy the fine natural beauty of the area.

Thoroughly pleased

My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with gorgeous mountain views. I could easily hike directly into the nearby national park, fabulous-no transport worries! Plus, the stylish decor added a lovely touch.

But good heavens, the air-conditioned room must have been on a permanent vacation! And the spa was less 'adult oasis' and more 'family circus' with all those kids running around.

The wellness area is attractive, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices that kept me energized for hiking. The staff were consistently attentive. I adored the charming touches like daily supplies of tea and coffee in the room.

The wellness area, while nice, was quite busy with children, making it less relaxing than I had hoped.

Great stay. Free parking and luggage storage were handy. Bar lounge was nice, but the room could be warmer.

The hotel’s unique Tatra mountain house design adds charm, and the cleanliness is impressive. Daily supplies of water, tea, and coffee in the room are thoughtful touches, but the spa could use more quiet hours, as it wasn't as relaxing due to noisy children. A pleasant stay.

Gold Hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. I enjoyed a delicious meal at Karczma Burniawa, which is only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the excellent ones.
